The Green Cone on a Rooftop, Parking Lot, Balcony...
Food-waste digesting planters are the future in designer pets. Digest your organic waste on-site no matter where you are. No smell, no stirring, takes meat, bones, and cooked and uncooked food waste. Worm composting worries about worms escaping, drowning, or freezing are over. Perfect for rooftops, apartment balcony gardens, driveways and parking lots.
The Green Cone can be buried inside a large container of earth big enough to bury it and host a few plants. The larger the better—five inches of soil around base is the minimum, and high quality soil aids digestion as does compost accelerator powder. A half wine cask makes a perfect compost container.
Food-waste is mostly water weight (up to 90%) and especially in the rain drainage is a must. The Green Cone digests much faster when properly drained. A nutrient rich water (like compost tea) can be diluted further and used for plants! The Green Cone should be in the Sun to maximize solar heating and air cirulation.
